After a long flight (Washington - Amsterdam) and a 1.5 hour delay we were nervous about locating the driver. Bart was very helpful and kept in touch by using WhatsApp until we were met by our driver who kept tabs on our flight and knew we'd be delayed. I never write reviews, but made an exception in this case because of the personal touch of this taxi company. The whole team goes out of its way to provide the best service. And this for a price that nobody could beat! (Trust me, I called 5 different companies)

Bart was very patient in answering (all) our questions within no time, and the driver was very helpful and made two unscheduled stops to let us take our 11-year-old dog out of the kennel for a quick pee on our way to Ramstein.

Used PCS Shuttleservice a few days ago when we needed a pick up from the Cologne airport. Bart was very helpful and responsive beforehand. He also replied quickly once we were at the airport and couldn’t find our driver. We had a smooth ride home and relaxed after our long flight from the States!

PCS Shuttle was very convenient and very very nice. He was was waiting for us when we arrived, knew exactly who we were - probably by how lost we looked and how much luggage we had - we felt safe and comfortable the entire drive from Frankfurt to selfkant. He even had some water waiting for us. Would absolutely use again.

We absolutely loved the luxury shuttle experience that Bart provided to us from At Home Guesthouse. The shuttle driver accommodated our 4 suitcases, 1 large dog cage, and my wife and I. The driver was very friendly and helpful with our transfer to a base approved taxi at Ramstein AB. Highly recommend this shuttle service!

PCS outbound, booked 2 days before my flight. booked on-line, paid on-line with my GTCC. Got an invoice for my travel voucher. nice job guys.
