Welcome to the Netherlands! 
After your arrival at Amsterdam Schiphol airport, you will collect your luggage and will go through customs. From here on you follow the signs  "Meeting point" into the main loby. 
You will find this meeting point between arrival gates 1 & 2, next to the NS train ticket booths and information desk. Your driver will be waiting there for you, but just in case he is running late, please remain at the meeting point so he/she can find you. Make sure your phone is turned on, in case your driver needs to reach you.
